Hi welcome to Jay’s game review blog. I hope you found the first review of the blog interesting and had fun reading it. The blog was an idea that I had come up with years ago while I was a part of the 1up community that lead to me getting more support on 1up. The idea though was a part of why I became pickier about my games after playing an unbalanced yugioh years ago. The game’s huge flaw was an auto death game over if you lost the match. As a 13 year old child I thought was horrible design; the reason I thought it was bad design was, because you were given a crap deck with no clue how to use it and sent to die. This game helped impact me to search out how to make games that I felt where good and fun.
This blog is about informing game players of what to buy and what to avoid buying based on my experience playing the game. As a college student I understand that so many games come out while students are in school and it sucks buying an over hyped game to find out it’s really not as great as the review sites say it should be. I feel that bad reviews take away from the player and who made them the team. I plan to give a review based on my play through of the game and what knowledge I have gained over the years to best suggest if the game is worth of the investment in money I want to grade on art, design, sound, and the overall worth that the game has. The game review should help gamers on the fence choice to buy games that fit them and avoid horrible gaming experiences.
